Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

We only accept replacement if the product you received:

  • Is in a damaged condition
  • Is missing parts
  • Is a different product than the one you ordered

If your replacement is accepted, We will generate pick-up request & product will be picked up within 1-2 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

We charge a replacement processing fee to cover logistic charge's..

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Rudraksha Wearables bracelet & mala's bacause of rudraksha can be wearable by only one person no other person can wear rudraksha. ( Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (example 50% off sale OR buy 1 get 1 free sale) or gift cards.
